§At least two planning meetings between clients and planner

§Preparation of a detailed budget breakdown and management process of the budget during the planning period

§Fully responsible for décor set up/ tear down.

§Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products

§Coordination with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner

§Assistance with choosing invitations, printing

§Preparation of itineraries to be provided to vendors

§Final time lines prepared the month of the event

§Final consultation with vendors the month of the event

§Final meeting covering all details with client, within 30 days prior to the event.

§Attendance in overseeing and directing the event

§Acting as a liaison to receive deliveries and greet hired vendors

§Appropriate setup of venue. Assurance that venue is set up as outlined in pre-event meetings

§Assistance with handling decor, arrangements/centerpieces etc.

§Supplying the photographer with a “Shot List” that provides the “must have shots” (optional)

§Follow the custom timeline with a realistic schedule

§Complimentary delivery of all final payments and gratuities to vendors as needed

§Coordinate the collection of gifts received from guests

§Collection of misc items, personal items, etc. left in rooms etc.. (a final location to be determined for items is needed)

§Final breakdown of event linens, décor, etc.

§Handle any emergencies or unexpected occurrences in a professional and comprehensive manner, including a follow-up after your event (can be done through e-mail upon request for out of town clients)

§Provide a stress free day for not only the client, but family and friends as well
