30 Days Out – Partial Planning Services

The Partial Planning Wedding Package Includes:

• § Unlimited phone, text, and email availability during business hours

  § (2) Two hour planning meetings between clients and planner

  § Customized timelines and checklists

  § One visit (max 2 visits) to site of both wedding and reception to go over setup

  § (1) Two hour Final Planning Meeting one month before wedding which will include:

  · Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendor

  ·Ceremony Planning, placement, processional, recessional

  · Final walk-through with client at selected sites the month of the wedding

  § You will be supplied with a list of preferred vendors as needed in the event that you may not have all your vendors chosen and booked:

  ·                  Caterer

  ·                  Spirits or Beverage Service

  ·                  Florist

  ·                  Musicians (DJ or Live)

  ·                  Photographer

  ·                  Video

  ·                  Hair Stylist – Makeup Artist

  ·                  Printing & Print Material

  ·                  Attire & Alterations

  ·                  Officiate

  *NOTE: This package also has he option for you to be less hands on per your request, we can do ALL of the research. This enables you to only make final approval after we narrow down the vendors that we select for you. We will provide 2 of each vendor with full info about each one. With your okay we will book and attend all necessary consults and meetings.

Wedding Day Execution:

§ Acting as a liaison to receive deliveries and greet hired vendors

§ Appropriate setup/breakdown of reception and ceremony venues.

§ Assurance that venues are set up as outlined in pre-event meetings (1 hour max for Site Tour) *Additional Charges May Apply

§ Assistance with handling flowers, distributing corsages, boutonnieres, bouquets etc. to the correct bridal party members and family

§ On hand wedding emergency kit for those “OH NO!” moments

§ Organization and setup of linen, dinnerware, decor, table numbers, place cards, programs, and wedding favors *Additional Charges May Apply. Assembly is available for an additional fee. Please inquire for pricing.

§ Organizational placement of bridal party, according to the wedding rehearsal, eeping the timing flawless

§ Arranging the grand entrance with the DJ or Emcee (bride and groom may see the reception first)

§ Follow the custom time line with a realistic schedule, checking in with vendors throughout the event to ensure proper execution of time line

§ Delivery of all final payments and gratuities to vendors as needed

§ Coordinate the collection of gifts received from guests, an appointed person required to receive the gifts upon the conclusion of the event

§ Collection of misc items, personal items, etc. left in bridal rooms etc.. (a final location to be determined for items is needed)

§ Communication to ensure that transportation is running on time

§ Final breakdown of event linens, centerpieces, decor, etc. *Additional Charges May Apply

§ Handle any emergencies or unexpected occurrences in a professional and comprehensive manner, including a follow-up after your wedding day (can be done through e-mail upon request for out of town clients)

§ Provide a stress free day for not only the bride and groom, but family and friends as well
