Coordination Package Note

For All Coordination Packages Wedding or Other:

*Pricing for all wedding and event planning packages is based on the actual event details NOT a percentage of the total budget. After reviewing the date, location, time, guest count, size of team needed you will be given a final quote. This is usually completed upon the initial phone conversation or email, only after receiving the necessary information.

*At least one coordinator will be present for every wedding or event with services booked. Each additional assistant will add a minimum $25 per/hr fee, this fee will be assessed upon consultation. Factors such as date, location, guest count etc.. will help to determine final quote

Soléil Bliss Event Productions does require an additional minimum fee of $200, (this will be determined at time of consultation) to any wedding/event on a holiday or $100 on a holiday weekend. (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th,  Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas etc..)

Each package is divided into two payments with the partially non-refundable deposit due at the signing of the contract; the final payment is due 3 weeks prior to the event. Any and/or additional fees incurred are due at the end of event. Money Orders/Cashier Checks to be made out to Soleil Bliss Event Productions. Pay Pal is accepted, but there will be a fee added to use this service in the amount of 2.9% of the purchase total.

Services will NOT be provided for any account that the balance is not paid in full 3 weeks prior to the wedding or event, unless previous arrangements have been made.  A $50.00 late fee is applied to all past due invoices. Adding up to an additional $30.00 fee monthly thereafter for bills not paid in full. Packages are subject to applicable taxes.

All packages and prices are negotiable upon consultation. Prices are subject to change. All necessary changes will be provided in writing.

*Additional Consulting is available by an hourly basis and by request only.
